R' Moshe Donnebaum
Rav Moshe Donnebaum is currently Rov of Kehillas Heichal HaTorah and Rosh Yeshiva of Yeshivas Betzel Hachochmo, Melbourne Australia. Rabbi Donnebaum has extensive knowledge in Halachic matters and received Semicha and Dayanus from leading Poskim of the generation. He serves the community as a Dayan (mediator and adjudicator), Posek, Rav and Rosh Yeshiva.
